In this episode Wanda has her dear friend Jessica Multini on the podcast. Jessica and Wanda met in Bali where they shared beautiful and challenging times together, and they've been friends until today. In this podcast Wanda is super happy to introduce you to Jessica and her amazing work.
Jessica Multini is a Mindfulness Facilitator and Designer. She is trained at UCLA as mindfulness facilitator and a certified professional mindfulness teacher through IMTA. She offers classes and workshops on the foundations of mindfulness, mindfulness to awaken the feminine wisdom, trauma and neuro self-regulation skills. She loves integrating nourishing practices with practical skills for self-empowerment, resiliency, balance, and joy.
